On February 14th, 2021, President Biden signed an executive order re-establishing the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, which will promote partnerships with religious and secular organizations to better serve people in need. In signing this executive order, President Biden signaled and acknowledged the essential importance of civil society and faith-based partnerships, such as the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, for meeting the myriad challenges facing our nation today, such as the ongoing global pandemic, systemic racism, challenges to religious freedom and a severe economic downturn.
