Philippines Celebrates International Day of Peace 2022

Established by the United Nations in 1981 in a unanimous resolution, the International Day of Peace was set aside on September 21 of each year to commemorate and strengthen the ideals of peace among all nations and peoples.

The Global Peace Foundation encourages our field affiliates around the world to support and contribute to the International Day of Peace by acting creatively to build peace in our homes, relationships, communities and society as one human family.

Global Peace Foundation (GPF) the Philippines celebrated the international holiday with peacebuilding activities for families and children. Volunteers distributed art supplies and notebooks for children to write what peace means to them.
