In honor of International Women’s Day 2023 on March 8, 2023, Area Mujer held a Commemorative Fellowship Meeting at the Restaurant “La Preferida,” in the center of Asuncion. Global Peace Foundation (GPF) Paraguay and Global Peace Women work collaboratively through Area Mujer to advance areas related to women and families in peacebuilding.
Global Peace Women, an affiliate of GPF, provides support and education to strengthen families, uplift women, and advance women’s leadership around the world. Women play an essential role in strengthening families, communities, and their nations. Empowered women are moral and innovative leaders who drive peace and prosperity in their communities.
The commemorative event brought together a select group of hard-working women leaders and professionals from different disciplines of national activities.
