Youth Leadership Development
Young people can play a critical role in peacebuilding, starting in their local communities
As emerging leaders, young people can play a critical role in peacebuilding, starting in their local communities. GPF youth programs, including the International Young Leaders Assembly, Global Peacebuilders Practicum, Global Peace Youth Forum, and Global Peace Volunteers, provide platforms for youth peacebuilding, cross-community, and intergenerational dialogue, leadership development, and capacity-building.
By showcasing practical peacebuilding models and GPF’s unique values-based approach, these programs empower youth leaders to play an active role in their local communities, as well as make significant contributions to peacebuilding, security in conflict zones, and policymaking.
