Dr. Florida Labuguen is an active prime mover and advocate of peace education in various capacity and a supporter of Global Peace Foundation’s vision and mission of instilling peace. She has been a Champion of Global Peace Awardee who shared community program that served as a model in various countries not only in the ASEAN region but in all service area of the GPF. As a faculty, she was awarded as the Most Outstanding Extension Worker in the university system. She is also the Executive Director of the Philippine Society of NSTP Educators and Implementers and Technological University of the Philippines’ Vice President for Administration and Finance.
