The 2019 International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA) gathered youth delegates from countries around the world from August 3-10 in a program that began in Washington D.C. and continued through Philadelphia and New York, concluding with a summit at the United Nations headquarters in New York City. The International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA) is a partnership-driven leadership development program that gives young leaders the opportunity to acquire first-hand experience in leadership, broaden their knowledge, and critically analyze and discuss innovative solutions to current global issues with other leaders.
The IYLA is co-convened by the Global Peace Foundation (GPF) and the Global Young Leaders Academy (GYLA).
