Global Peace Women (GPW) Nigeria conducted their inaugural meeting under the leadership of Her Excellency Hajiya Amina Sambo, GPW chapter representative for Nigeria, on March 21, 2017. Twenty-one women leaders participated in the meeting to affrim the role of women as peacemakers in their families as the basis for healthy societies and a peaceful nation. GPW shared plans to participate in the progression of the One Family under God Campaign, which is gaining momentum in Nigerian society.
