Candelaria, Quezon — In a heartwarming initiative to celebrate the holiday season, the Global Peace Foundation Philippines officially turned over 100 solar lanterns and 10 street lights to 100 families in the municipality of Candelaria, Quezon. The program, held under the Global Peace Foundation Philippines’ All-Lights Village initiative, was made possible through the support of Bless Microfinance Corporation and the local government unit of Candelaria.

The All-Lights Village initiative is a testament to the transformative power of light, bringing hope and joy to communities during the Christmas season. Solar-powered lanterns were distributed to families to illuminate their homes, while solar streetlights were installed to improve safety and mobility in public areas.
