This Global Peace Convention 2021 Main Plenary segment explores the convention theme of “Moral and Innovative Leadership” and its relevance in transforming education, youth as changemakers, and women peacebuilders. The moral orientation of leadership focuses on promoting a “greater good” that can benefit the individual and the larger society, nation, and eventually the world. The corresponding side of innovative leadership harnesses humankind’s natural creative need to advance and develop the human condition and explore fresh and creative ideas to solve the many problems of our time. It examines the reinforcing ecosystem approach of the home, school, and community in advancing a consistent and reinforcing perspective that exemplifies moral and innovative leadership.
