Global Peace Convention 2014 Draws Multi-Sectoral Interest in Brazil

The Global Peace Convention 2014, to be hosted in Greater Asunción, Paraguay is drumming up interest across Latin America.

The 2014 convention themed “Roadmap for National Transformation: Liberty, Prosperity and Integrity through Moral and Innovative Leadership” will address pressing social issues and highlight the historical demands of Latin America whose global significance continues to grow.

The response from Brazil is exciting. The current delegation draws from major sectors of Brazil, including leaders from the government, private and public sector, civil society, education and media.

The delegation from Brazil to the Global Peace Convention has leaders from all sectors, from religious leaders, professors, students, non-profit leaders, businessmen and government representatives.

The convention promises to be a pivotal opportunity to foster important regional cooperation, and make important connections that will advance key development and peacebuilding efforts forming in Brazil applying Global Peace Foundation’s unique values-based approach.
