As of July 2020, more than forty women have been empowered by a GPF Nigeria program to train women in financial literacy and business development in the Kaninkon Chiefdom in Kaduna State. Provided with seed capital to start their own businesses, the women were chosen from both Christian and Muslim communities to promote peaceful coexistence between the religions in the area through economic engagement.
