Sixty district education officers participated in a Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST) Educators Retreat in Malaysia. The 3-day retreat was hosted by Global Peace Foundation (GPF) Malaysia in collaboration with Edvolution for teachers from Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah, Timur Laut and Penang in October 2018.
Themed “Rekindling Our Passion, Transforming Our Schools,” the retreat – the first the teachers have attended together – provided an opportunity to get to know themselves and their colleagues on a deeper level, strengthening their bond and resolving to be catalysts for school transformation.
