The first All-Lights Village was opened in Komgpong Speu Province. Plans for the first village and the expansion of All-Lights have been underway since April. The project hopes to bring n multi-tiered cooperation towards ongoing and lasting development that centers on cultivating the capacity and self-reliance of local populations. The solar lamps, which have been linked to improved health, literacy, and eco-friendly development, are the start of a long process of community empowerment.
