Ms. Ji-hye Kim is a recent graduate of Hyupsung University’s Department of Child Welfare and an aspiring global social leader. As head of cultural affairs in the student council, she organized festivals, retreats, and exchange programs with Japanese early childhood education students. Drawing on her academic background, she developed peace and unification programs for young children—such as Designing My Own Unified Flag—to make complex topics like Korean reunification more accessible. Known for her leadership, bright personality, and communication skills, she excels at team collaboration. A Taekwondo black belt, Heejin enjoys sharing Korean culture with international peers. In 2025, she represented the Korean Dream Crew at the Mongolia Youth Leadership Forum, where she engaged in local initiatives focused on peace, environmental conservation, and forest restoration.
