Ms. Hye-won Yang is a Public Administration student at Myongji University with a strong interest in diplomacy, global cooperation, and Korean unification. Aspiring to become an international civil servant, she has explored issues such as peace, human rights, and social inequality from a public policy perspective. Her research has focused on the resettlement of North Korean escapees and policy strategies for a post-unification Korea. Passionate about debate and discussion since high school, she is known for her proactive mindset, leadership, and organizational skills. In 2025, she represented the Korean Dream Crew at the Mongolia Youth Leadership Forum, where she connected with local youth and stakeholders. There, she deepened her interest in diplomacy, environmental conservation, and regional peacebuilding, recognizing sustainability and international cooperation as essential to addressing challenges on the Korean peninsula and beyond.
