Ms. Estrellita “Neng” Juliano-Tamano is the current National Chairperson of the Federation of International Cable TV and Telecommunications Association of the Philippines (FICTAP), the largest organization of cable TV nationwide. Recognized for her expertise in ICT, she served as Committee Adviser for the TV White Space Project under the Department of Science and Technology-Information Communications Technology Organization. She has received numerous awards for her contributions to the development of the International Cable TV sector. Today, she continues to lead FICTAP in supporting small and medium cable TV operators as they expand into telecommunications and value-added services.
