Mr. Hiroyuki Tosaka is the International President of Global Peace Youth (GPY), youth division of Global Peace Foundation since 2013. he has extensive experience in developing youth programs in Africa, Russia, and Baltic nations for over 20 years. He was also involved in developing character education programs in Russia as well as setting up a youth movement called “Youth for Moral,” that has addressed social issues such as a drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The program had partnered with over 20 administrations in Ural region of Russia and had attracted over 100,000 youth through the program. Currently he is promoting UGEN, United Generation, the signature program of GPYC for promoting sustainable peace around the world.
