Mr. Zaid Ibrahim was a practicing Lawyer for 30 years before serving the Government as Minister for Law under the former Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi. He had also joined the opposition briefly; but now is fully retired. He spends time doing social and charity work for the Disabled in Kelantan. He has written 4 books on law and politics and a regular contributor to the internet’s news portal in the country.
