Martha is a passionate advocate for peace, conflict resolution, and empowerment of Youth and Women, She is committed to creating awareness, respect, and assuring compliance of youth and women’s rights.  She is also a member of African Women Leadership Network, (AWLN) an initiative of African women leaders from various sectors, with the support of the African Union Commission and the United Nations.

Martha has also contributed to several high-level meetings and workshops in the area of Youth, Women, Peacebuilding, reconciliation, and countering radicalization and violent Extremism in South Africa, Northern Ireland, Philippines, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Kenya, Germany, and Tanzania.
