Katherine Agapay is the Vice Governor of the Province of Laguna that was awarded by the Climate Change Commission as Champion for the Local Climate Change Action Plan acknowledging the province efforts in the development and implementation of LCCAP in the community. Karen was once the first Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President of San Pablo City, Laguna. As City Councilor in 2004 to 2007, she writes articles for local newspapers and co-hosts several local cable TV programs, focusing primarily on women’s rights, environment and local tourism. In 2011, she was elected Vice President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Laguna Chapter.
