H.E. Hajiya Amina Namadi Sambo is a successful business leader and founder of the NGO “I Care–Women and Youth Initiative,” helping develop IT skills, finance start up businesses, deliver health care, and build HIV/AIDS awareness. Her projects have included sanitation, distribution of insecticide treated nets to families, and support for education of girls and protection of women from violence.

She is the wife of Nigerian Vice President Mohammed Namadi Sambo, mother to six children, and has received recognition for her public service both nationally and internationally.
