Chris is Head of the Supporting Leaders programme at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. His work includes design and delivery of programs to build the capacity of local organizations to empower networks of frontline Christian and Muslim leaders to counter the narratives of exclusion and extremism and to build social cohesion, with a focus on sub-Saharan Africa.  He has served on peacekeeping and peace-building missions in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Iraq.  His specializations include diplomacy, security-sector reform, training and education, and program management.
