Session: Toward an Ethic of Compassion and Cooperation

Women are an undeniable part in building a more peaceful world. This session will identify their unique roles in peacebuilding through their natural abilities of fostering compassion and cooperation on the family and world level. By introducing a new paradigm of peace based on the soft power of compassion and cooperation, this session will also highlight the importance of strong, healthy families as the cornerstone of social cohesion and sustainable peace.
