Coach Aloysius, one of the coaches in the Midnight Football program in Malaysia, shares his experience in the character-building program that aims to empower disadvantaged youth from rural areas through football and leadership training. Coach Aloysius appreciates that the program helped the students gain confidence and skills, both as part of a bigger team and as young leaders. He felt that he also developed his coaching abilities through the experience and hopes that it opens the youth to more opportunities in the future.
