Global Peace Leadership Conference 2018 was convened by the Government of the Republic of Uganda with the Global Peace Foundation (GPF), the Interreligious Council of East Africa Secretariat, Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), as well as the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) and other significant partners. This multi-sector international gathering included current and former heads of state; UN, African Union, COMESA and other regional representatives; educators; business leaders and entrepreneurs; scholars and policymakers; and cultural and religious leaders.
