A Global Peace Foundation project in:

Character and Creativity Initiative is an initiative of Global Peace Education that works with principals, teachers, educators, community stakeholders, parents and students to nurture character, creativity and leadership through transforming school culture. It advocates for a cradle-to-career approach of high educational achievement by empowering school leaders to make education relevant for the 21st century economy and world. This program is in full alignment with the education blueprint of the government of Indonesia that focuses on nurturing good character as the backbone of human development for the nation building of this country.

Project Details

In Indonesia, there have been 7 trainings conducted so far in Indonesia and successfully trained 390 educators. We engaged key stakeholders such as department of education of cities or regencies where the training was held, and also partnered with President University. Most importantly, our initiative has been endorsed by the Indonesian Association of School Principals (AKSI).
