Ms. Soon-jeong Kim is the President of Global Peace Women Korea (since 2023) and a passionate advocate for family values, peace, and social engagement. A mother of four, she combines her leadership role with creative artistry, having graduated from Yonsei University’s Graduate School of Music Composition and Berklee College of Music in Boston with dual majors in jazz composition and jazz piano. Under her leadership, GPW Korea has hosted and co-organized impactful initiatives, including the 1st Family Peace Leadership Conference, donation drives for North Koreans, child abuse prevention and youth safety campaigns, and the 2025 Seoul K-Family Festival—where she composed the festival’s theme song True Hero for the Children’s Choir. She has also appeared on YouTube’s K-Family TV, promoting the importance of large families in Korean culture, and performed a duet with Korean singer and broadcaster Junky.
