Ms. Maria Esther Jimenez is President of Global Peace Women Paraguay and a consultant for the Social Area of the Yacyreta Bi-national Entity and various other organizations. Ms. Jimenez is also a member of the board of the Instituto de Desarrollo del Pensamiento Patria Soñada. She was the Minister of Social Action in Paraguay from 2004 to 2005 and Minister of Education of Paraguay from 2007 to 2008.
