Ms. Hee-Ryoung Kim served as the management support team leader at the Korean Peninsula Policy Consensus and festival director at the Korea International Students Support Association. In 2020, she served as communication manager at the UN-Habitat Korean National Committee. Ms. Kim was appointed a Global Ambassador of the International Young Leaders Assembly, engaging young professionals in leadership summits at consequential institutions, including the U.S. Congress, the World Bank, the National Constitution Center, and the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. Currently, Heeryoung is pursuing a Ph.D. at Korea University’s Graduate School of International Studies while directing the Global Peace Foundation’s Korean Dream Crew, comprising next-generation Korean and international young leaders in a range of peace projects.
