Ms. Elaine Wacuka Hurt is an international development professional with seven years experience implementing programs and developing curricula/training surrounding social entrepreneurship, capacity building, community- based development, and volunteerism. She has built private public partnerships; worked with community based organizations for At Risk Youth, women and minorities in Kenya and is committed to participatory approaches. Ms. Hurt currently supports the community development component of Global Peace Foundation’s All-Lights Village Project in West and East Africa.
