Mr. Scot Faulkner served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the U.S. House of Representatives and as Director of Personnel for President Ronald Reagan. He is an advisor to the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and their Center for Leadership Innovation and Change. He is Vice President of Shepherd University’s George Washington Institute of Living Ethics. Mr. Faulkner earned a Masters’ in Public Administration from American University.
