Mr. Myung Soo Cho is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Han River Forum and Secretary General of the International Leaders Union. He previously served as Vice Governor of Gangwon Provincial Government and Senior Secretary for Government Reform in the Office of the President of Korea. Mr. Cho is the recipient of Prime Minister’s Achievement Award, the Presidential Achievement Award, and the Medal for Merit from the President of Korea.
