Hon. Jaime Delgado Zegarra is the Chairman of the Committee on Public Services and Consumer Protection of the Latin American Parliament. He is the Former Speaker of the Nationalist Parliamentary Group in Peru, the political party of President Ollanta Humala. He was a Full member of the Committee on Consumer Protection and Regulatory Agencies for Public Services, and a full member of the Committee on Economics, Banking, Finance and Financial Intelligence (2012-2013).
