Hon. Eugene Ludovic Wamalwa is a Lawyer by profession and a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Devolution and ASALs, an expansion of the former Ministry of Devolution. Until 26th January 2018, he was Cabinet Secretary for Water and Irrigation.  Ha has also served as a former Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs.

He is a member of the Jubilee Party and was elected to represent the Saboti Constituency, Transnzoia County in the National Assembly of Kenya in the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election.
