Hon. Undersecretary Abdulgani M. Macatoman is a distinguished Philippine public servant and business leader with expertise in government, trade, and diplomacy. He served as OIC Chairman/Acting Secretary of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and as DTI Undersecretary, overseeing Trade Promotions and Special Concerns. He chaired the Export Development Council and represented the Philippines as Senior Official to Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area. His career includes leadership roles in PhilGuarantee, the National Housing Authority, and inter-agency councils, alongside chairing the Foreign Chamber Council and serving as CEO of multiple companies. A Certified Public-Private Partnership Consultant and decorated AFP Lieutenant Colonel (Reserve), he holds degrees in accounting, law, and an MBA from the University of the East (UE). His accolades include the Paul Harris Fellowship and recognition as one of UE’s 75 Most Outstanding Alumni.
