Dr. Amarjargal Rinchinnyam served as the prime minister of Mongolia, minister of external relations of Mongolia, member of Parliament, instructor at the Central Council of Trade Unions of Mongolia, professor at the Military Academy of Mongolia, director of the Economic College, and chairman of the Amarjargal Foundation (since 2000). He holds a Ph.D. in Economic Security studies. Dr. Amarjargal has authored several textbooks on economics and numerous articles and research papers addressing critical issues relevant to Mongolia’s economic development.
