H.E. Gustavo Noboa served as President of the Republic of Ecuador from 2000 to 2003. He was Ecuador’s Vice President and Governor of the province of Guayas. A law professor, H.E. Noboa Bejarano served as Chancellor of Catholic University of Quayaquil, where he was also the dean of faculty. He has also served as Vice President of the Esquel Foundation, an organization dedicated to democracy and sustainable economic development.
