Emelita Apostol-Alvarez is the Vice President of Rotary Philippines (Makati EDSA) and the Chairperson and President of the Congressional Spouses Foundation that initiated the livelihood project with the inmates of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology and their family members known as “Inmatepreneur”. She is also a former President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Makati.
