Dr. Yuri Mantilla is Associate Professor of Law, Director of Global Initiatives, and LL.M. Degree Program Director at Liberty University School of Law. Professor Mantilla was previously Director of International Government Affairs at Focus on the Family in Colorado and as counsel for international human rights for the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. Dr. Mantilla taught international law at Hebei University in the People’s Republic of China and was a professor at the International Institute for Cooperative Studies.
