Dr. Cao is the first scholar, who systematic studied of quality management and commercial banking services in foreign banks competitiveness. He also leads the research team in “Commercial bank customer service quality competitiveness”. He involves in the development of China banking civilized standards of service, banking organization. He works as a consultant for customer service evaluation and banking qualification. Dr. Cao’s main research areas are comparative of Chinese and foreign banking competitiveness, banking strategy management, operational process reengineering, enterprise culture and brand management, marketing services and financial integration, and service quality improvement and so on.
