He also serves as chairman of the board of the Mongolian Development Research and research advisor of the Institute of History Center at the Mongolian Academy of Sciences. His former positions include minister counselor and deputy for the mission at the Embassy of Mongolia in Beijing from 2009-2013, director general at the Department of Policy Planning from 2008-2009, counselor at the Embassy to China from 2003- 2006, and counselor of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation at the Foreign Ministry.
