Dr. José Altamirano is the Director of the Instituto de Desarrollo del Pensamiento Patria Soñada, a Paraguayan research institute that supports national development with an emphasis on democratic values. Dr. Altamirano served for five years as member of the Supreme Court in Paraguay. He was also a member of the National Codification Commission of the Ministry of Justice and Labor in 1999 as well as the Ibero-American Association for the Rights to Labor.
