Dr. Tony Devine, with over 40 years of NGO leadership experience, spearheads education transformation as a cornerstone for moral, prosperous societies. Collaborating with ministries of education, schools, and universities in Kenya, the Philippines, Uganda, India, Paraguay, and beyond, he works to align curricula with workforce needs while cultivating virtuous citizens.

His Blueprint for Transforming Education reshapes systems across numerous Global South nations, impacting educators and schools. Key programs include the Character and Creativity Initiative, which fosters ethical leadership; Leap Hubs, which ignite entrepreneurship; Great Places to School, which honors holistic schools; the Transforming Education Online Course, which scales values-based training; and Transforming Education in the Global South: Toward 2050, which redefines education for lifelong character and holistic development.

As Field Representative for GPF Ireland, he catalyzes peacebuilding and reconciliation training to strengthen ethical societies. An OECD Future of Education and Skills 2030 Advisory Group member, Dr. Devine helps shape global policy in collaboration with key partners.
