The Global Peacebuilder Practicum is a premier partnership-driven leadership development program that empowers promising young leaders to positively impact communities, nations and the world. Emphasizing the importance of vision, service, and entrepreneurship as the foundation of moral and innovative leadership, young leaders join a challenging two-week interactive program in New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC, engaging with globally significant leaders and institutions.

The program includes participation at the International Young Leaders Assembly at the UN Headquarters in New York, forums with development experts at the World Bank and with U.S. policy makers at the Capitol in Washington, and lectures on American democracy at the Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Young leaders selected for this prestigious practicum acquire first-hand experience in leadership, join a lasting global leadership network and build a platform to tackle critical issues affecting the global community.
