Rev. Julie Kandema is from Rwanda in East Africa. She is a faith leader serving within the Presbyterian Church in Rwanda(EPR) and the Rwanda Interreligious Council(RIC) . She is the chairperson of the steering Committee of African Union Interfaith Dialogue Forum ( AUIFDF). She works at the intersection of church service, reconciliation, and community development. She supports church-led programs that help people heal and build unity after the Genocide against the Tutsi, including restoring dignity, improving access to essential services, and supporting vulnerable communities. She also helps faith-based partners work together through training, documentation, and accountable implementation.
