The 2026 Korean Dream Hangang Festa was not just a concert by the Han River.

It was a night when families, students, performers, civic leaders, international guests, and citizens gathered around one hope that still refuses to disappear: a free and unified Korea.

Held on Korea’s National Foundation Day, the Festa brought the Korean Dream into public life through music, culture, and the voices of people who still believe division does not have to be the final story.

Before the stage program began, participants joined interactive booths with traditional Korean games like yutnori and ddakji card flipping, learned about Korean history, and wrote their hopes on a wish tree, including wishes for Korean unification.

From the booths to the Korean Dream Crossover Concert, citizens’ chorus, and fireworks show, the evening invited everyone to do more than watch.

As Dr. Hyun Jin Preston Moon shared in his keynote address, “The commitment we make and the direction we take will determine our future.”

The night ended with music and fireworks, but its message was simple: don’t leave the Korean Dream at the festival. Bring it home. Keep talking about it. Pass it on. And help carry the hope for a free, unified Korea to the next generation.
