After a turbulent election season, a message of peace and reconciliation between disparate groups is important in Kenya.

Global Peace Foundation is one of the main sponsors of the film “Once Upon a Dance” directed by Kevin Odhiambo. This film promotes a message of cohesion, integration, and peaceful coexistence through Kenya’s dance culture. It is a reminder of the heated election year the country went through, yet at the end of the film, all come together and look forward to a united future.

The film is having a launch and screening at Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa (CEMASTEA) and will be made public in April 2018.
