Special Envoy for the Six-Party Talks said Tuesday North Korea has repeatedly rejected offers for dialogue from Washington despite U.S. willingness to engage Pyongyang to commit to guidelines of the 2005 Joint Statement of the Six-Party Talks.
In a panel co-hosted by the Global Peace Foundation at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, Sydney Seiler said Pyongyang has repeatedly and openly violated denuclearization commitments agreed upon in 2005.
