From May 13 to 15, 2022, the Global Peace Foundation Korea held a three-day, two-night workshop for the national presidential delegation and officers of the Korea Reunification Conference at the Jeju Maison Glad Hotel.
Held under the auspices of the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, the forum was attended by Koreans of Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Ukrainian, and Uzbek citizenship. They all shared a common vision for the future of a unified Korean peninsula, the Korean Dream. Through the program, participants were able to build new partnerships as well as strengthen their friendships with one another.
On May 15, the 21st Century Korean Diaspora Peace Forum was held, featuring the Global Peace Foundation Korea President Inteck Seo as the keynote speaker.
In particular, the presentation by a Korean student from Ukraine attracted much attention. The student studying abroad at Yonsei University appealed for global support for Ukraine and received a great response.
