Ronald Adamat is a Commissioner of the Office of the President’s Commission on Higher Education. He is a former congressman and representative of the Indigenous People Sector of the 10th Congress of the Philippines and Senior Consultant for Indigenous Peoples Affairs. Commissioner Adamat is also a special lecturer of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and Founding Chairman of the Movement for Better Mindanao.  The former lawmaker is the principal author of RA 8371, a law that created the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples.
